Fast IPTV Player ("the app") is a media player application only. It plays playlists that you provide. The app and this website do not provide, sell, host, promote, recommend, endorse or distribute any television channels, movies, series, sports, playlists, IPTV subscriptions or other media content of any kind, and do not verify or supply playlist providers.
You may only add playlists and access media and services that you are legally authorised to use. You are solely responsible for the playlists you add, for the content accessed through them, and for complying with the laws of your country and with any terms that apply between you and your provider. The app connects directly to the servers referenced in your playlist; we have no control over, and no visibility into, that content.
New devices may receive seven days of complimentary access to the app's features. This complimentary access does not automatically convert into a paid subscription, and no payment is taken unless you confirm a purchase through Apple. When it ends, the app asks whether you wish to purchase access; nothing is charged if you do not.
Optional premium access is offered through Apple's App Store:
Annual Access is an auto-renewing subscription with a one-year period. It renews automatically unless cancelled through Apple at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled at any time in App Store → Subscriptions on your device.
Lifetime Access is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that does not renew.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Billing, refunds and cancellation are handled by Apple under Apple's applicable policies. Restore Purchases is available in the app when signed in with the same Apple ID used to buy. Family Sharing is available only where supported and enabled by Apple and your family group configuration. Prices can vary by country and are displayed by Apple before purchase. Promotional or support-related access may occasionally be granted by us directly; such access is separate from Apple purchases and carries no payment.
Playback depends on the provider you supply, your internet connection, stream availability and format, device compatibility and any restrictions your provider applies. Core playback works independently of our servers; online features (playlist portal sync, announcements, remote configuration, optional programme guides and artwork) are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that any particular stream, provider, programme guide, artwork source or third-party service will always remain available, and features may change or be discontinued.
You agree not to: infringe intellectual-property rights; redistribute content accessed through the app without authorisation; attempt to bypass portal authentication, pairing, PIN or other security measures; engage in automated abuse, scraping or interference with Fast IPTV Player's backend services; or use the app or website for any unlawful activity. We may suspend service to devices that abuse our backend systems.
The Fast IPTV Player branding, website design and software remain the property of their respective rights holder. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you. Rights in playlists and in the media they reference remain with the relevant users, providers and content owners.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from content accessed through playlists you add or from the unavailability of third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer rights.
Use of the iOS and tvOS applications is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement and Apple's applicable App Store terms. These Terms supplement those terms and do not override mandatory consumer law.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance, and the app will ask you to review material changes. The current version and effective date are shown at the top of this page.
