Fast IPTV Player ("the app") is a media player for playlists that you provide. The app does not provide, sell, host, promote, or distribute any playlists, channels, streams, movies, series, or TV content of any kind.
You are solely responsible for the playlists you add and for ensuring that you have the legal right to access and view their content in your country. The app connects directly to the servers referenced in your playlist; we have no control over, and no visibility into, that content.
Optional premium access is offered through Apple's App Store as an auto-renewing annual subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in App Store → Subscriptions. Premium access may also be granted by us directly (for example, promotional or support-related access).
You agree not to use the app to infringe intellectual-property rights, to redistribute content, or to interfere with the app's services. We may suspend service to devices that abuse our backend systems.
Core playback works independently of our servers. Online features (playlist portal sync, announcements, remote configuration) are provided on a best-effort basis and may change or be discontinued. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance, and the app will ask you to review material changes.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app or from content accessed through playlists you add.
